Performance Features
1. Flat-bottomed valve seat
After the traditional gate valve is washed with water, foreign objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, paper scraps, and debris accumulate in the groove at the bottom of the valve, which can easily cause leakage. The bottom of the flange end resilient seat gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, so it is not easy to have such debris accumulation, allowing the fluid to flow smoothly.
2. Overall rubber encapsulation
Use high-quality rubber for overall internal and external rubber encapsulation, actively introduce advanced rubber vulcanization technology in the industry, accurate size, reliable connection, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.
3. Corrosion resistance
Powder epoxy resin coating can prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body, and is more suitable for sewage systems. 4. Not easy to break
In the past, traditional cast iron gate valves were easy to break if they were hit, collided or overlapped by foreign objects. The body of the flange end resilient seat gate valve is changed to ductile iron, which has a certain guarantee in strength.
5. Three "O" type
The valve stem adopts a three "O" ring seal design, which can reduce friction resistance during opening and closing, reduce water leakage, and can replace the seal without stopping water.
6. Conducive to drinking
Since the inside of the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, the inner and outer surfaces of the gate valve are completely covered with rubber, and there will be no rust or corrosion, so it can be used for drinking.
7. Precision casting valve body
The valve body is precision cast, with precise geometric dimensions, and there is no need to worry about damage to the sealing performance.
8. Light weight
Ductile casting not only has a certain strength, but also weighs about 20% to 30% less than traditional gate valves.
