Product Description

Trunnion ball valve is a steel ball valve, which is designed and manufactured with full consideration of performance and overall life in use. The valve body is forged with high-quality materials, the ball is installed, and the middle flange and neck are bolted. The valve seat upstream and downstream are single piston effects, DBB function. At the same time, there are three structures for the seal between the valve seat and the ball:

1. Traditional soft seal structure;

2. Triangular ring seal structure;

3. Hard seal structure.

Performance Features

1. The valve stem is designed to prevent the valve stem from being ejected from the valve body due to improper operation.
2. The trunnion ball valve has a fireproof and anti-static device.
3. Emergency sealing grease injection ports are designed at the valve seat seal and the valve stem seal. Normal sealing does not rely on sealing grease. When the sealing surface is damaged and causes leakage, sealing grease can be injected for emergency repair. Each grease injection port is equipped with a grease injection valve and an embedded one-way valve.
4. A drain valve is installed at the lowest position of the valve body to vent and drain the valve cavity; a vent valve is installed on the upper part of the valve body to vent and clean the valve cavity online. The drain valve and vent valve can be isolation valves or special discharge joints to ensure safety, reliability and convenience.
5. It is equipped with a connection plate that can match various drive devices, including handles, worm gears, electric, pneumatic, gas-liquid linkage, electro-hydraulic linkage, etc.
6. The valve with welded ends can adjust the valve end material (transition section) according to the user's pipeline material grade to ensure the adaptability and weldability of the material strength. For valves with sleeves at both ends, the length of the sleeves can ensure that on-site welding operations do not affect the sealing materials.
7. Buried design. For buried valves, the valve stem is lengthened according to the needs of the project to facilitate above-ground operations, and the corresponding grease injection, sewage discharge and venting devices are extended from the pipe to the ground. The height of the buried and raised valve is provided by the customer.
