The cryogenic side entry butterfly valve is a long-life, energy-saving butterfly valve newly developed by Waits. It consists of valve body, butterfly plate, sealing ring, transmission mechanism and other main components. Its structure adopts two-dimensional or three-dimensional eccentric principle design, and applies new technology compatible with elastic seal or hard and soft multi-level seal, which reduces the torque when the butterfly valve is in operation, saves more effort and energy. Such design and process selection can also ensure the overall corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance of the butterfly valve.

Performance Features
1. The cryogenic side entry butterfly valve adopts double bevel and small eccentricity design: the torque reaches the leading domestic level (40%~60% of peers), and the matching electric and pneumatic prices are very advantageous;
2. The valve seat and sealing ring can be replaced online with a maintenance compartment design: the valve seat and sealing ring are separated, and the valve has an inspection port for easy maintenance and replacement.
3. The upper and lower double keys of the valve plate and the valve stem can ensure that it will not get stuck at low temperatures, and at the same time meet the API 609 anti-flying design;
4. The valve torque is small: the sealing surface is close to zero wear, which extends the service life of the valve;
5. It has a wide range of applications and can be used for ultra-low temperature devices such as LNG, propylene, and ethylene;
6. Good sealing performance: leakage at normal temperature is API598, and leakage at low temperature is 1/3 of BS6364. Meet the positive and reverse sealing requirements of BS6364 at low temperatures;
7. The valve body and valve seat are separate components: the valve seat and sealing ring can be made of different materials to meet the working conditions;
8. Three eccentricities: the center line of the shaft deviates from the center line of the sealing surface, the center line of the shaft deviates slightly from the center line of the pipeline, and the center line of the valve body sealing surface (oblique cone) forms an angular position with the center line of the pipeline;
