Performance Features
1. All cryogenic gate valve parts in contact with the medium are strictly cryogenically treated according to the requirements of the specification before finishing to ensure that the parts can fully withstand the expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, and the structure of the valve seat will not be permanently deformed due to temperature changes;
2. A long-necked valve cover structure that can protect the stuffing box is adopted;
3. The gate structure is not affected by temperature changes and can maintain stability and sealing. Specifically, elastic gates and open gates are adopted;
4. The upper sealing seat is a cobalt-chromium-tungsten carbide cladding structure to avoid the stainless steel materials from biting each other;
5. Valve seat and gate sealing surface structure: cobalt-chromium-tungsten carbide cladding;
6. The pressure relief hole structure can prevent abnormal pressure rise in the middle cavity. The location of the pressure relief hole depends on the valve structure. It can be set on the valve seat or on the gate plate, and connected to the valve inlet end;
7. The valve stem surface is nitrided and hardened to prevent surface scratches during the opening and closing of the valve from affecting the sealing performance;
8. Customized selection: The packing can be selected as low-leakage packing according to user requirements to ensure that the leakage at the valve packing meets environmental protection requirements. Welded sleeves can be provided according to user requirements. Insulation plates (drip plates) can be provided according to user requirements.
