Waits has 30 years of experience in the production and manufacture of cryogenic globe valves. We were originally established in the United States in 1994 and entered China in 2008, with production bases in Tianjin and Wenzhou. The cryogenic globe valve is one of our most popular products, designed for arctic temperature applications and can handle complex working conditions.
The cryogenic globe valve is designed for applications involving extremely low temperatures, often found in industries handling liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid nitrogen, and other cryogenic fluids.
This valve features an extended bonnet for proper insulation and to prevent the stem from freezing. Made entirely of stainless steel and other cryogenic materials, it ensures durability and smooth operation even at temperatures as low as -196°C.
The cryogenic globe valve also features precise throttling capabilities and a sealing mechanism, which are essential for maintaining control and safety in demanding cryogenic environments. Waits insists on quality as its top priority, while also offering you competitive pricing.

Performance Features
1. The valve parts in contact with the medium are strictly cryogenically treated according to the requirements of the specification before finishing, and can withstand the expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, and the structure of the valve seat will not be permanently deformed due to temperature changes;
2. The cryogenic globe valve adopts a long-necked bonnet structure that can protect the stuffing box;
3. A gate structure that can maintain reliable sealing regardless of temperature changes is adopted;
4. The upper sealing seat is welded with a cobalt-chromium-tungsten carbide structure;
5. The valve seat and gate sealing surface are welded with a cobalt-chromium-tungsten carbide structure;
6. The pressure relief hole structure is used to prevent abnormal pressure rise in the middle cavity, and the position of the pressure relief hole depends on the valve structure;
7. The surface of the valve stem is nitrided and hardened to prevent surface scratches during the opening and closing process of the cryogenic globe valve from affecting performance;
8. The packing can be selected as low-leakage packing according to user requirements to ensure that the leakage at the valve packing meets environmental protection requirements. In addition, we can also provide welding sleeves according to user requirements.
