Performance Features

1. The biggest difference between top entry ball valve and ordinary valve is that it can be maintained online without disassembling the valve from the pipeline, which reduces maintenance costs and prolongs service life. It adopts a welded end structure and is installed on the pipeline, which is not affected by pipeline stress and ensures sealing reliability.
2. The valve seat seal includes valve seat, valve seat ring and other components. The valve seat ring can float independently in the axial position. Through the preload spring, the valve seat can be sealed under zero pressure and low pressure conditions. This design is used to achieve the ability to close the valve under working pressure and high pressure conditions. On the outside of the valve seat ring, we insert O-rings and elastic rings to ensure the seal between the valve seat and the valve body. When a fire occurs at the site of the use of expanded graphite, the sealing performance can also be maintained. 3. When the valve seat and valve stem seal leak due to damage, the sealing grease injected by the grease injection valve can achieve the effect of emergency sealing. When the valve is in normal working condition, the grease can be injected through the grease injection valve to lubricate the valve stem and the ball surface, making the opening and closing more flexible.
4. For valves installed underground, the valve stem of the valve can be lengthened as needed, and the size can be as required by customers. All sewage pipes, exhaust pipes and emergency grease injection devices are lengthened accordingly, and other related pipelines are close to the lengthened part of the valve. The sewage valve, vent valve and grease injection valve are connected to the ground for installation, so as to facilitate regular maintenance of the main valve.
5. The upper and lower valve stems are designed for anti-static according to API6D and ISO17292 standards.
6. When a single piston valve seat is used upstream and a double piston valve seat is used downstream, the valve has a double blocking function and can cut off the media from upstream and downstream at the same time. When the mass retained in the valve cavity is abnormally pressurized due to temperature increase, the valve seat can automatically release the pressure (discharge to the upstream side).
7. The ball of the top entry ball valve is fixed, and the surface is ground, polished and hardened. A sliding bearing is installed between the ball and the valve stem to reduce friction and working torque.
8. The connecting flange between the valve and the actuator complies with ISO 5211 standards, which is easier to adapt and interchange.
