3 piece threaded ball valve, a valve mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline, is fully quality controlled during our production and manufacturing process to ensure the following performance:
1. Small fluid resistance, the resistance coefficient is equal to the pipe section of the same length.
2. Simple structure, small size and light weight.
3. The sealing surface material widely uses plastic and has good sealing performance.
4. Quick opening and closing, convenient for remote control.
5. Easy maintenance, the disassembly and replacement of the sealing ring are relatively convenient.
6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and the valve seat is isolated from the medium, which will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface.
7. Wide range of applications, diameters range from a few millimeters to several meters, and can be used from high vacuum to high pressure.
8. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, the inlet and outlet are all spherical, thereby cutting off the flow.

Performance Features

The valve stem packing is adjustable, with high-precision ball and high-seal seat. The ball and valve seat are durable and have a long service life. They are designed with anti-blowout valve stem and safety pressure relief holes.
The seals and valve seats are made of pure Telfon material. The overall product has high cost performance, good fire resistance and anti-static safety, suitable for a variety of use needs and wide application. There is an optional locking device.
The 3 piece threaded ball valve has been 100% leak tested in 100psi air underwater, and the hydrostatic test pressure is 1500PSI.
Temperature range: -60 to 450 degrees Celsius.
