In valve manufacturing, the quality of forged steel parts is usually higher than that of cast steel parts, and they can withstand large impact forces. Their plasticity, toughness and other mechanical properties are also higher than those of cast steel parts.
The diameter of forged steel globe valve is generally not more than DN80, and most of them are reduced diameter designs. Compared with cast steel stop valves of the same diameter, the flow rate is slightly smaller, but the pressure and temperature range it can withstand is higher than that of cast steel valves, and the sealing performance is much better than that of cast steel stop valves, and the service life is longer.

Performance Features

1. The main components of NPT forged steel globe valve are forged, and there are three types of cavity seals: bolted bonnet, welded bonnet and cavity pressure self-tightening seal structure.
Among them, the bolted bonnet means that the valve body and the bonnet are connected by bolts and nuts, and the wound gasket made of stainless steel wire clip flexible graphite is used for sealing. If you have special requirements, we can also use metal ring connection.
The welded bonnet means that the valve body and the bonnet are connected by threads, fully welded and sealed, and can also be fully welded according to your needs.
The 9001b, 1500Ib, 2500Ib, 45001b cavity can also adopt a pressure self-tightening seal structure, and the sealing performance increases with the increase of internal pressure, and the reliability is high.
