Pneumatic trunnion ball valve is a steel ball valve, the valve body is forged with high-quality materials, the ball is installed, and the middle flange and neck are connected by bolts. The upstream and downstream of the valve seat are single piston effects, with DBB function. At the same time, the seal between the valve seat and the ball has three structures: traditional soft seal structure, triangular ring seal structure, and hard seal structure.

Performance Features
1. The valve stem is designed with consideration for possible improper operation, so a design that can prevent the valve stem from popping out of the valve body is adopted.
2. The pneumatic trunnion ball valve has fireproof and anti-static devices, which is more stable and safer in special situations.
3. Emergency sealing grease injection ports are provided at the sealing points of the valve seat and the valve stem. Under normal sealing conditions, sealing grease is not relied on, but once the sealing surface is damaged and leaks, sealing grease can be injected for emergency repair. Each grease injection port is equipped with a grease injection valve and a pre-buried check valve.
4. A drain valve is installed at the bottom of the valve body for exhaust and drainage of the valve cavity; an exhaust valve is installed at the top of the valve body for online exhaust and cleaning of the valve cavity. The drain valve and exhaust valve can be isolation valves or special discharge joints.
5. The product is equipped with a connecting plate to match various drive devices.
6. The valve end material can be adjusted according to the specific material grade of the user's pipeline. If it is a valve with sleeves at both ends, the length of the sleeve can ensure that the on-site welding operation does not affect the sealing material.
7. Direct buried design is adopted. For this kind of direct buried valve, the valve stem needs to be lengthened according to the project to facilitate ground operation, and extend from the pipeline to the ground for corresponding grease filling, sewage discharge and venting devices. The height of direct buried valve is provided by the customer.
