Product Description

As a professional valve manufacturer, Waits is experienced and keeps pace with the times. The soft seated wafer lug butterfly valve designed by us has the following core design points:
1. High elasticity valve seat rubber: The rubber content of EPDM valve seat is 50%. We attach great importance to quality. The valve has been simulated for more than 10,000 times of opening and closing to ensure no leakage.
The reference properties of the valve seat are as follows: Shore A hardness/degree 72 ±3, 200% tensile stress/Mpa≥6, tensile strength MPa≥15, elongation at break/%≥350, permanent deformation at break/%≦10, tear strength/KN.m-1≥35, compression permanent deformation (70℃*22h, compression rate 25%)/%≦20.
At the same time, this wide-edge valve seat with a diameter of about 20 mm has a wider contact surface with the pipeline flange than the narrow-edge valve seat, and has better installation sealing performance.
2. The butterfly plate and the valve shaft are connected without pins to avoid leakage and corrosion caused by installing pins. Moreover, the valve shaft is easy to disassemble, which facilitates the replacement of the valve seat, reducing the cost and difficulty of maintenance and replacement.
3. The valve body is equipped with an anti-flying device, which is safer.
